When M. came home yesterday evening, he called me a craving. He smacked his lips and made a "Mmmm" sound and told me that I am a craving of his that always needs to be satisfied. I literally dropped what I was doing at the moment (holding a Lipton Herb and Butter Noodles packet and getting ready to make some for him...I really dropped the unopened packet on the kitchen floor) and rushed towards him. I gave him a fierce hug and a wild sprinkling of adoring kisses all over his face, lips, and the nape of his neck.
We laughed and I said, "Don't talk like that. Don't say things to me like that...it makes me want to give you some right now SO BAD. He laughed even more as I hugged him from behind.
I then proceeded to squeeze and hug him a little more. Finally, I continued to make those awesome pasta noodles.
I told him that he was such a distraction.
Such a wonderful distraction.
