Yesterday was my paternal grandmother's 75th birthday. The entire family went to a Chinese restaurant to celebrate. The restaurant served its wide variety of food buffet-style. MY GOD...there was so MUCH food I could not believe my hungry eyes.

They had a little bit of everything there. Here's a sampling of what I devoured last night :

Fried pork dumplings, barbecued shrimp on a stick, filet mignon, fried eggplant, lobster, spaghetti with meat sauce, fried oyster with mayonnaise, fried broccoli, hot and sour soup, fried shrimp dumpling, fried chicken wings, soft bread, and crab and barely garlic-flavoured pasta noodles.

For dessert, I consumed vanilla soft swirled ice cream with chocolate sprinkles, coconut and almond jello cubes, strawberry jello cubes, orange jello cubes, lime jello cubes, mango pudding with fresh pieces of mango on top, honeydew, and I licked a piece of tangy green-yellowed colored star-shaped starfruit.

It was so heavenly and completely killer-good on my tummy. I had to ask my mom to help me put more crab/garlic pasta noodles on my plate because I could not manage to get UP to help myself...I was too weighed down and full already...but I had to have MORE. It was so delicious. I was surprised that I liked those noodles...as you know, I despise garlic typically, but can tolerate a taste of it in pasta...and wow, the garlic was perfection on those noodles.

Oh, by the way, of course I didn't eat ALL of my food...I had little tastes of certain foods here and there...while I gorged on others.

And I cannot even forget that there were so many OTHER foods that I didn't even get to try...an impressive array of fresh sushi and sushi wraps...so many other appetizers, main courses, and desserts...oh my. I HAVE to go back there sometime.

I MUST.

After the dinner, my grandma blew out the candles on her birthday cake...sweetness.

When we returned home, M., D., and I watched The Patriot.

After that...we went to bed and M. gave me so much sexy loving that I CANNOT STOP thinking about him. He made me feel like I was the appetizer, main course, and the dessert.

Yesterday was all Mmmmmmmmmm in more ways than one.
