Early afternoon :
Restaurant - Fried shrimp, bacon cheeseburger, french fries, lemonade, coca-cola, chili with tortilla chips. Food was lovingly shared and enjoyed between M. and I. Tasty beyond tasty.
Barnes And Nobles - We bought some books. I bought Sleep : Bedtime Reading. It is a collection of bedtime stories, poetry, and color and black and white photographs to curl up with before turning off the light. It's a sensuous book...try to get your hands on it.
Evening until late night :
Went to the city for my cousin DT's 6th birthday party. Heaps of Chinese food gracing the table. Hot tea served afterwards in little gorgeous cups of smooth and dark slate grey-green with no handles...my favorite set of cups that my Aunt M. owns. I couldn't bear it anymore and asked Aunt M. where she purchased them from. She said in a store in Chinatown. I then begged my mom to help me buy a set of those cups. She agreed. I love those cups. Belgian chocolate cake/mousse for the birthday cake. I did not like it though...too rich and darkly sweet. I just drank some more tea.
