So very cool. M. had a conversation with his mom. He asked her (because I was always curious and really never got the chance to ask her myself and M. didn't really know as well)what her heritage was. She said that she is mostly English, with some Dutch, Irish, and French mixed in. M.'s dad (as we already knew) is all Polish. I thought this was the NEATEST. M. was pretty surprised too at the diversity of his heritage. Now, our D. turns out to be even MORE of a "mutt" than we previously thought, in addition to my own Chinese contribution. Damn...no wonder our baby is SO CUTE. Yeah, I am bragging. He's worth bragging about. Giggles. I've GOT to get hold of M's family genealogy/family tree. I want to work on mine too...map out my family roots. Then we can combine everyone...it's going to be HUGE!!! Family is the GREATEST. And so FASCINATING.
