Yes I have been using my new treadmill. I actually exercise now. I do a combination of walking, jogging, and running for two miles. I would jog all the way if possible, but my body is still in the wuss stage. It hasn't seen real exercise in years and years. I can make two miles in just under a half an hour (see how wussy my body is??!!). Hehe. But...NO I am not getting down on myself at all because I am actually exercising...Hallelujah!!! It's a miracle! I know that gradually I will build up endurance and strength. I want to be able to exercise everyday...I want to work up to four miles a day if possible. Four miles, seven days a week. Sounds pretty good for a couch potato like me. Damn...I think a New Year's resolution just created itself!! And it's still only December 22!
