STOLEN GOODS

I have stolen once when I was a kid in the 80's. I stole a little plastic fish charm hanging from a chain necklace from a department store. Remember those colorful plastic charm-type necklaces?? Separate charms with a clip-on hook at the end? Like a key chain? That you attach to a necklace?? Charms that ranged from little real mini books with pages to animals to stars to everything else in between? I hope you remember...they were the coolest toy/jewelry in the world...at least to me. I collected so many of them back then...I don't have any of them anymore though. Anyway...the fish charm was on the chain necklace. It was sort of accessorizing this outfit that was on a clothing rack. I spotted the charm. I loved it. I wanted it. I debated whether I should take it. I was scared that my mom would find out...I was there shopping with her. So...I carried out my devious plan. I sneaked over to the necklace...glanced around inconspicuously to make sure no one was coming towards my way or looking at me...reached out for the charm...unhooked it from the necklace with one quick movement, and the charm fell silently to the carpeted floor. I surveyed the area once more...then crouched down and snatched up the charm into the palm of my hand. I went over to my mom and said, "Look at what I found laying on the floor!!!!" I tried not to look nervous or guilty. She was just like, "Oh...nice." Hehehehe. Yes, I felt guilty and bad for have stolen that charm...but I was happy I got it for free as well. That charm was the only thing I have ever swiped from a store. Other minor stealings consist of fashion magazines taken from my family relatives. The magazines come in the mail. I look through them. I usually give them back once I am finished. Sometimes I keep them.

I am BAD. Don't call the cops ok? Hehehe.
